ADMAT USA, is
a Specialist Maritime Archaeological Organization.
We are a non-profit
(Section
501(c)(3) Charity)
educational organization.
Our aims are:
- To conduct maritime
archaeology, assisting organizations and the Government to survey
and protect Underwater Cultural Heritage.
- To assist volunteer/students to take part in maritime archaeological
field excavations and surveys.
- To promote education at
all ages on the preservation and protection of historic shipwrecks
in US waters.
ADMAT USA works alongside the
Anglo~Danish Maritime Archaeological Team (ADMAT) an English non profit
organization, with projects in numerous countries. There are Projects planned in: The
Dominican Republic, St. Kitts, Florida Keys, Mexico (Research
Stage), Canary Islands
(Research Stage). |
